At SOLEDIS, we make sure that interns are not just small hands, but full-fledged team members. They contribute to the mix of skills and profiles that makes our company so rich.

We need all their brainpower, spontaneity and theoretical knowledge. That's worth a lot more than inexperience! We give them a real R&D topic, an often broad framework, and get to work, young people!

Trainee testimonials

I had no idea that a fleet of websites could be so large and so complex. What's more, it added a new level of complexity to my mission: I had to have a global view of the server park, and at the same time be able to isolate an alert on a server or a website! Elastic Search enables truly innovative data indexing, which is fascinating. I feel that this experience has given me a sense of reality that will serve me well in the future.

This internship gave me a better understanding of the business world and made things more concrete. Customer support doesn't exist in school, for example: we develop websites, but we can't imagine the problems that can arise after they've gone live and throughout their lifespan. But this is an important part of the work of an agency like Soledis.

Pauline, Anaelle and Baptiste were recruited after an internship at Soledis. Follow their advice!

Pauline

You have to be natural and accept that you're a beginner. An internship should be an opportunity to learn and put theory into practice. This is the case at Soledis, where there's no judgement and where skills development takes place in a caring environment.

Anaelle

I'm basically very academic and this work experience is an opportunity to get away from that a bit. You can't hesitate to ask questions. In my opinion, the advantage of a work-study program is that it gives you a foot in the door, and when you've been studying for a long time, it's a good transition to working life.

Baptiste

You shouldn't be afraid to take the plunge, even if you don't have all the knowledge you need. An internship allows you to face reality and learn by doing. Finding solutions on your own, surrounded by professionals, is a great learning experience.
