1. An evolving website, responsive follow-up
In 2020, Soledis supported Champgrand in the redesign of its website under the Prestashop 1.7 for greater flexibility and a responsive design site. Since the redesign, sales have doubled and traffic is growing in double figures.
But Champgrand understood that their e-Commerce business would run the risk of running out of steam if they didn't keep this new tool alive. As a result, Champgrand's e-commerce site is constantly evolving, keeping pace with the team's commercial activities.

2. Centralized e-commerce management with BoostMyShop and Sora Caisse SOP
Champgrand also needed to structure its e-Commerce activity in order to grow. Soledis therefore took advantage of this redesign to initially offer picking and order processing modules, which were quickly replaced by BoostMyShop's "myFulfillment" solution. The challenge, of course, was to connect this management tool to Prestashop so that Champgrand could manage its offline activity (its two physical stores) and its online sales in the same way.
Drawing on its expertise in e-Commerce flow management, Soledis ensured the interconnection between these two tools, and a few months later with the Sora Caisse SOP software. 3. Strategic management supported by Google Data Studio
Given the commitment of Champgrand's teams to boosting their online sales, and the professionalization of their business with the implementation of an OMS and a cash register software, Soledis suggested that the company go even further with a Google Data Studio Connector module.
It's a powerful datavisualization tool at the service of e-Commerce strategy.
Thanks to clear dashboards tailored to the KPIs desired by Champgrand's management team, data from both the merchant site and its Google Analytics account are gathered, sorted and formatted in a clear, graphic interface.
In this way, Champgrand's managers can see at a glance their sales, average basket, number of orders, etc. They have access to a detailed table by product category, a detailed table by brand and another by product to see exactly what is out of stock.
The number of new customers, the percentage of visitors coming from SEA (search engine advertising), the number of orders placed on cell phones and the geographical distribution of customers are also information that can be accessed at a glance and used to steer webmarketing actions.
